• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out necessary paperwork.
  • If you arrive for your scheduled appointment more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment.
  • Unopened/Unused Products purchased are exchangeable. NOT refundable.
  • We accept Mastercard and Visa with a $50 minimum transaction. We also accept cash and personal checks, however a $50 fee will be applied if it is returned from the bank.
  • All credit card transactions require a $50 Minimum purchase/service fee.
  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. When purchasing a package, you are pre-paying for services performed at Andrea’s Skin Care by any esthetician working for Andrea Samra at the time the package is redeemed.
  • All product and service prices are subject to change.
  • Gratuity is not included in service prices and cannot be processed via credit/debit card. Cash, personal check made payable to the esthetician or Venmo is accepted and greatly appreciated.

Cancelation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the members of Andrea’s Skin Care, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancelation fee may apply.

  • If you “no show” or we are given less than 24 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee may be imposed for that missed service and must be paid before booking/receiving any other services.
